Returns Policy

Standard no fault returns –

Goods can only be returned up to 14 days after the date of delivery. Goods must be in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. Goods must be returned at your own expense. Goods remain the responsibility of the purchaser until they are received by Great British Woodwool Ltd. We cannot accept partial returns on multiple item purchases. Refunds do not include the cost of shipping. All refunds will be processed within 5 working days after receipt of goods.
